Brie & Christmas Chutney Puff Pastry Puffs
Makes approximately 15 bites
80g Ladle & Larder Christmas Chutney
1/2 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
1 egg yolk, beaten
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
With a knife, cut the pastry into strips of 10cm x 3cm. Once all cut, brush the ends of each strip with egg yolk.
Cut the brie into chunks no bigger than 3cm across and place at one end of each strip, adding half a teaspoon of chutney on top.
Roll the pastry over the top to form what looks like sausage rolls. Once done, place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and brush with the remaining egg.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until puffed up and the cheese is melting.
